Is there an available backlit remote for the DIRECTV stream box?

How do I get my free backlit remote

I am trying to use the AT&T remote to control my Samsung TV and my Denon AVR S540BT receiver. It controls everything fine except it will not turn on the power to the Denon. I will turn it off and it controls the volume up and down but once it turns the unit off it will not turn it back on.

So I just recently purchased this stream box maybe a few hours ago. I set up my account and even accessed the online tv service. We have Fire TV with a DIRECTV Stream app. All of that works well. But I can get the Fire remote to work well with DIRECTV. Please help. I called AT&T customer support and it was horrible. What can I do?

Got a new gemini today, plugged everything together and surprisingly, all the important stuff works. On the it would be nice tier, the remote has an input button which does bring up the TV input menu, but alas, I have been unable to find away to tell the TV "OK" its on my choice of input.
