DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

I am not able to login on my mobile app. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. I have done everything possible. Cleared cache, updated everything (app, phone, etc).. uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have done this about 10 times over the last couple of weeks. I have an Android phone. O

how to record movies from Netflix or other apps onto my Direct TV Stream account

I would like to record musical performances to DVD for future playing. How can I do this? In the past the cable box went into the DVD recorder and out to the TV. Streaming device does not appear to work like that. What are my options?

I tried all the steps given b/c a few days ago all of a sudden when I'd open my DirecTV Stream on my Firestick it would just remain a black screen. Nothing worked. So finally I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Now it loads to the login screen. When I log in, it spins for a while and then says

I can not log in to direct tv stream using my ATT fiber 1000 on my smart devices. I can log in using my Verizon hot spot from my cell phone. Can I get help with this?
