Random shutdowns
I have been annoyed by my DIRECTV Stream box randomly shutting down in the middle of a program for no reason at all. This is very disturbing, and it gives me a good reason to cancel my service if it continues. I am not going to pay $175 a month for this crap if it keeps occurring.

Are they rebranding our Osprey boxes to Gemini Boxes ?
I just checked my account and noticed that they now list my Osprey boxes that I bought and own from AT&T when I signed up as Gemini Boxes. Is it just part of the new management ? Is it part of the new restructure, or does it have no meaning at all ? Something New.
