Keep needing to Update Home IP Address for Home Location - Only 4 allowances a year
The Home Network on the DirecTV Streaming box (C71KW-400 with ATT logo) keeps resetting and asking me to update my Home IP address, forcing me to use 2 more of the 4 resets per year. I have not changed internet providers or moved. If this continues, I will run out of Home WiFi Network linkages way before the 12 months and would be limited to 2 streams at a time. Yesterday, Consolidated internet went down for 14 hours, when it returned is when this last event happened, causing me to re-link my Home network again.
Also, when I do reset the Home network, it tells me that the zip code on my account is not the same as my new location. Both zip codes are the same. It seems my ISP is the same each time, at least 2 of the times.
How do I resolve this and what is causing it? If it continues to happen, can I call customer service and be allotted additional resets of my Home Network?
Thank you.

@Prospero916 , please come back and let us know what resolution was reached.
It is likely that Consolidated Internet changed your Public IP address after your Internet outage, and that is what made you have to do an address update with DIRECTV stream.

I have the same problem, I keep getting the "refresh the stream" or reset your home location message. Haven't moved, changed internet provider, anything like that. I have kids at home so being limited to two streams at once is a problem. I like the service, but this issue may make me change to another provider that doesn't keep "throttling down" my service.
