I'm very confused by the search results on this site. I entered "cancellation fee" to confirm there is none for Direct TV Stream. The first links I get mention a 2 year agreement for Direct TV Stream and cancellation fees in $300 range for it. I'm confused. Please clarify before I decide on Fubo.

My son has no concept of money. Direct TV has no way to turn off purchases.   He likes to search, like on his computer and will rent or buy them without understanding he spent money.   He can not do it on the computer because there is no linked account.   Any solution?
