Recorded episodes disappearing
I have very recently started recording a bobs burgers and it has a lot of seasons. I was watching an episode from s2 and had to leave it but when I came back it was gone along with all other s2 episodes same thing with s. There were originally many episodes from both seasons. The most I've seen it record at a time so far is 30 episodes and I don't see options to fix anything or change stuff to make it not do that because it's annoying

Customers with Unlimited Cloud DVR storage are allowed a maximum of 30 episodes per TV series. FAQ located here

Hello Jadenichol99, to access your DM, you need to sign in to your account first. The icon is located in the upper right corner, between the notification icon and "directv.com". As you have already received a message, the icon should already be visible. Justine, DIRECTV Community Specialist
