Had DirectTV Satellite til end of 2023, now want to try Direct TV streaming, but can't?

We had DirectTV Satellite for 15 or more years, but just too costly now. So, we went with youtube , which was fine, except...I didn't know it didn't have braves baseball via Ballys! In fact everyone but direct TV and FUBO dropped MLB baseball.

Dad has hated Youtube, no numbers, he's just too old for this change. So, was going to sign up for that whole 5 days of free Direct streaming to make sure it was aok. got most of the way through, but couldn't pay/finish. Finally read the small print, you can't get $10 off or 5 free days if you had direct tv in the past! D'oh! Ok, ok, just let me sign up then no deals, no nothing. But, that didn't seem to work either! Was trying to now sign me into regular ATT acct. and the one where you have to get the equipment too! Is there any way around this? I was trying to create a new acct. with a different email and password, but it defaulted to my old satellite acct.

thanks for any suggestions...otherwise it's fubo and my 92 year old Dad won't have channel numbers anymore.

I would try signing up again making sure that the email that you use was not associated with your old direct account and pay with a different credit/debit card that was not used for your old Sat account.  Then you should be able to set up a new account.  The only way to change the channel directly with Directv Stream is to have a Gemini device. https://streamtv.directv.com/

the problem I'm still having is Direct is recognizing my sign in, and there doesn't seem to be a way to clear it out. Thats on mozilla, trying on Chrome, but the page isn't fully loading even after refreshing a few times

ok, this is very weird. I did find a way to trash the other sign in, so tried with my new one (I did create one yesterday) and now on both browsers I just get this weird loading but not loading page

Make sure you do not have any ad blockers, VPN, extensions loaded preventing the page from loading. Try incognito (private) window also.

well, got rid of all cookies, blocked add blockers, and a private window and...still not working. Getting the feeling they don't want me to get direct tv streaming

Go into the password listing of what ever device or browser you are using and delete all passwords for DirecTV or AT&T that you previously used for DirecTV then try to set up a new account.

 are there still issues today? I deleted all passwords, but still get a page that will not load...well, 2 things do, the feedback icon, and the chat one (which was of no use) rest of page is milky white like above

Have you tried another device like your phone, or tablet? I tested yesterday and today and did not see an issue from my side.
