I need to speak with someone at a higher level than customer care. Since day one I have not been give accurate information and this is the reason I left xfinity.

I have DIRECTV satellite for over 20 years and do not want to pay for it anymore since I moved to streaming. Directv stream is working on Roku. Do I need DirectTV account to have Directv stream? 

Whats the point of having a grandfathered plan if they don't honor it anymore? $100 a month for go big that was supposed to be $35 (yes it says it can change based upon the list price but with no list price you can't fight it).  We all know they have been trying to get rid of the early adopter
