DIRECTV STREAM Account

I just hooked up to Direct Stream yesterday. Today I was charged for a full month. Overdrew my bank and They don’t care, I’m having to deal with paying an overdraft charge. I’ll get my money back in about 5 days…..What a joke! And I didn’t get the full free trial, they instantly cut off my service.

If the system can’t process my auto pay how long do I have before it’s turned off

I was told that if I got the Sports Pack and an elevated plan I would get $300 card and $250 card. I didn’t. ATT lulls you into false hope and then pulls the rug out from underneath you. I can’t wait for the next two years to be over.

Just resubscribed to Stream after taking a few weeks off. When I try and log in it gives me error code 8011 saying that they want me back as a customer. I’ve called in and was told the normal stuff, change password, reset, delete and redownload the App on Apple TV. Done all of that to no avail.

Worked fine for over two years and kicked me off a few days ago. Using DirecTV Stream service and “connect TV provider” link. Will not let me authenticate on either phone app, Roku, desktop PC via browser, etc. have used cellular connection as well and different WiFi networks. Same result.

I'm having difficulties creating additional DirecTV Stream accounts due to AT&T not allowing multiple accounts on the same credit card.The satellite division of AT&T does not have this limitation. Also, satellite accounts allow users to setup auto-payments using a checking account.Does anyon

At various times I’ll get logged out of my DirectTV, AT&T, or Yahoo account. I’ll try to log in but it says “The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Go online and reset your ID/ Password to restore access. Care code: 205.2”. But that was the first time I tried to log in. So

unable to verify TV Provider Service (Directv Stream) for my ESPN app that is an installed app. I am using the Directv Stream box. My ipad/phone say the device is connected with the credentials but the message on my TV says ‘unable to verify’ and thus cannot get in.  I am able to log into ESPN

Never received.. signed up to DirecTV directly, switched from Spectrum CATV. Advertisement on Internet and website claimed would receive a gift card, I asked customer service Rep more than once, to verify I would receive gift card / assurance I qualified, and she said yes. I have not received gift c
