I am looking to set up 5 TV's wirelessly to my service. What do I need

My remote control always say low on batteries. We replaced it with new batteries but the message still pops up. We reset the DVR but still the same. What else can we do?

New remote is RC73 and programmed fine to Samsung TV and Direct TV DVR.

My dad just moved to a large assisted living facility and they offer DirecTV as part of the rent package. The box that he has is an H25-100 and the supplied remote does not have a "microphone" button.  My dad can't see and he wants to be able to press a microphone button and say things like ""
