Fire tv pairing for direct tv remote

Hi I want to pair my fire stick to work with my Direct tv remote. It’s the latest 2023 direct tv remote so it’s universal. However, I’m unable to control my fire stick on HDMI 2 with my direct tv remote. Is it possible at all?

THR 22-100 will not connect to the mother ship

My Non-DVR Receivers keep displaying "(DVR Name) has been disconnected from your home network. The playlist is no longer available"

Series Manager Stopped Recording

While traveling recently our home Genie only recorded two weekly episodes of shows in the Series Manager and then stopped. So we lost end of season episodes. Isn't the Series Manager supposed to keep recording all the New episodes? Is there a toggle/setting somewhere to make sure it does? Cannot fin
