My Non-DVR Receivers keep displaying "(DVR Name) has been disconnected from your home network. The playlist is no longer available"
We had issues with both of our DVRs a few months ago, and DirecTV sent us two 13 year old rebuilt DVRs to replace them with. Since they have been installed, I have been getting "(DVR Name) has been disconnected from your home network. The playlist is no longer available" messages on our non-DVR receivers every five minutes or so. Frankly, I am typically working and just listening to the content most of the time on those TV's (one is in my office). However, every time I want to watch the video portion, I have to hit "ok". It's maddening. I turned off the whole home DVR on the offending DVR named, blocked the rest of the house from seeing that specific DVR's content, and the messages continue. Help!

What are all of your receiver models? Is this error showing the SAME DVR being disconnected from your home network each time or varying ones? This error could either be due to a bad DVR that keeps resetting as a result of a failing hard drive/fan/motherboard, or it could be an issue with your SWM system cabling.

Yep, one DVR. It's a HR24-200 . Thanks.

Thanks. Now, what are the other receiver models? And do you see this message directed toward the one DVR ALL the time or is it directed toward different rooms? In other words, is just the ONE HR24-200 crashing or are ALL/SOME of your DVRs causing this issue?

One DVR all the time (It's in our Master Bedroom: "Master") The other receivers are H25-500. I see the same exact message on both of our H25-500 connected TV's .

Gotcha. So the HR24 in the Master Bedroom is likely faulty and keeps rebooting. I’d either call DIRECTV for another replacement or buy a device known as a Band Stop Filter which will completely make the HR24 in the Master Bedroom unviewable to the other receivers.
Note that replacing the HR24 in the Master Bedroom will result in a loss of recordings on that ONE box.

Ok, Thank you. I was hoping that there would be some sort of work around. I appreciate your help.

Not a problem.
Available on Solid Signal for purchase is the Band Stop Filter:
