Series Manager Stopped Recording
While traveling recently our home Genie only recorded two weekly episodes of shows in the Series Manager and then stopped. So we lost end of season episodes. Isn't the Series Manager supposed to keep recording all the New episodes? Is there a toggle/setting somewhere to make sure it does? Cannot find a similar thread in the Forum. Thanks! Hi, @Custerhank. We're sorry you're missing out on your show's new episodes because of this issue. This might be due to the following:
A higher-priority recording prevented the title from being recorded.
Recording may have been deleted by someone else.
The hard drive may be full.
We recommend trying this basic troubleshooting: Refresh your DIRECTV service and equipment | DIRECTV Customer Service & Support
