The app hasn’t worked for a couple of months now. I’ve called several times and each time I get the same answer “WE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE.” Yea, right. This is very disturbing. Anyone else dealing with this?

Promotional reward card

I just got off the phone with customer service about not receiving the promotional reward card for signing up for service. I have never received the card or an email... No information. The representative told me that an email was sent and was never redeemed and is now expired as of December.
