How do I get a bill adjustment?
on the site tvpromise.com it says Affected DIRECTV and U-verse customers can sign in to get a one-time adjustment to your bill. We are affected and have not been able to watch our local channel for weeks. I would like an adjustment on my bill, so how do i get that?

If you log in (and have gone to account management) and it is not listed, then not sure about that. Could be the offer is rolling out (especially if Tegna didn't pull all channels at the same time but did a rolling shutout) or that your account might not qualify. If not then the alternative is calling and seeing if there is any option.

As it says, log into your account to see if you get the offer of a one-time credit of $20 as a courtesy. If I recall correctly it applies within 1 to 2 bill cycles (they are probably spreading it out among customers as not within the allocated budget to do all at once).

I was promised a rewards card to sign up for Direct TV. I was told it would take 3-4 months to receive one. I never received a rewards card or an email about the rewards card. I am now calling Direct TV for the 6th phone call, 3 to the rewards department and 3 to customer service, with no help at all. How do I receive compensation?

The "promise" of a rewards card, was it on the order confirmation from DirecTV, a separate order sheet in-person (3rd party dealer), or only verbal?

Was it part of the order confirmation email? If not then the offer wasn't added to begin with
