Streaming + Device & App

Starting yesterday, I'll be watching DirecTV Stream on my Roku and the picture will freeze but the audio continues to play (the picture never unfreezes). If I change channels it does the same thing after maybe 10 seconds. Help! (I have DirecTV Stream Version 3.30 build 3340100)
