Gemini Air Device
I have been a DTV customer for two years now. I have to say that I am satisfied with the service, and features. What I am not satisfied with is the Gemini Air device. It is, frankly, garbage! The processing time is pathetic. In the two years, I have had to replace my device three times. For one reason or another. But mostly because it freezes up, or takes 4-5 seconds to for a channel change. I had an old Osprey device, and that was much better. Come on DTV, develope a better device!!!! In this age of technology, its not that hard to provide a better and faster device.

It's running Android 11. They need to update to Android 14.
