Skipping/choppy video and sound with Gemini
I obtained a Gemini about 4 months ago and since day 1 when I turn the TV/Gemini receiver on in the morning I get choppy/video on all channels for that TV(not every day but most). I have to turn off TV and gemini and turn back on then it is fine. Today when I try this fix it doesnt work.

Can't delete shows on the app
I've received conflicting info verbally from 4 agents on deleting content on the app. Does anyone out there have a satellite subscription to DTV with set top boxes and not able to delete content in the app's My Library? My setup has the Genie in my Living Room and a Genie Mini in the Master Bedroom.

Phillies broadcast blacked out on Extra Innings
Why are so many of the Phillies broadcasts unavailable on extra innings? We have to watch the other teams broadcasts frequently even though we are no where near local to Philadelphia. It seems like most other teams have both broadcasts available.

Center Ice has almost no Canadian teams broadcasts in 2023-2024
Seems like the number of Canadian team broadcasts fell sharply in 2022-2023 and now as 2023-2024 season started, no Flames broadcasts, maybe 3 Jets, 2 Senators broadcasts when playing against US teams (only US team broadcast in the channel lineup). Anyone else noticing this? I tried asking Support,
