No longer have access to ESPN Unlimited

I am a satellite customer, and I activated the link a few months ago, giving me full access to ESPN Unlimited.  After I called to get an update on my account, I lost it and haven't been able to get it back.  I've called tech support multiple times.  It doesn't appear as an add-on under my TV packages, even though the techs I spoke with said they can see it.  I've called ESPN, who told me there is nothing they can do.  I've even asked if they can just resend me the link, but no one can.
