Does the directv perks website does surveys to get free tokens? I think I read directv customers can get free tokens doing surveys.

Wondering if a directv Slimline SWM 3 LNB 3D2RBLNBR0-14 DISH is compatible with HR24? If so, does it require a SWM power inserter?

The app hasn’t worked for a couple of months now. I’ve called several times and each time I get the same answer “WE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE.” Yea, right. This is very disturbing. Anyone else dealing with this?

I just got off the phone with customer service about not receiving the promotional reward card for signing up for service. I have never received the card or an email... No information. The representative told me that an email was sent and was never redeemed and is now expired as of December.

I have 3 TVs all connected to an HR44 with each having an RC73 for Receiver/DVR control via RF. Recently, my Sony Bravia can no longer be turned off with it's RC73's ON button. My Toshiba & Panasonic TVs can still be turned off using the RC73 ON button. I have reset the HR44 and all RC73 remotes

I am not sure how the PPV movie was recorded as I don't recall recording it. Can I remove it so I am not charged?
