Watching U-verse TV

caller id is not displaying on my U-verse tv. keep getting a service error message.

As of two days ago I could watch the Rockets through the SportsNet app on my phone now it says my service provider has blocked it. My autistic son is so upset. Does anyone know why I can no longer do this? I need a provider that allows this if something changed I will have to change providers.
