Turn off your TV and unplug your receiver. Wait 10-15 seconds.
Turn the TV back on.
Plug your Receiver back in.
(This is all assuming this has been working and just suddenly happened. This message means that the periodic question that the TV Receiver ask the TV saying "are you sure you can't record this stream" didn't get answered with the appropriate "I'd never dream of recording this stream" answer and so the TV Receiver has cut off the video. It happens to me once every two or three months and is a result of the draconian security measures built in to HDMI.)
