Authentication error on 3rd Party streaming app/sites

I am have an issues streaming on 3rd party apps and sites that require my U-verse authentication credentials. This includes CNN, NBC and Food Network as identified thus far.

In some cases I am unable to login because I receive the authentication error below. In other cases I am able to login and I appear to be authenticated, but when I attempt to stream a channel I get the message that this channel is not available on my subscription. As noted about these are basic cable channel and there is no reason I would not have access to them on my account (U300).

This problem is not limited to a single platform. I experience both of the issues above on firestick, roku tv, iphone and browsers.

"An error occurred fulfulling the current request to https://zlp43001.vci.att.com/sps/authservice/authentication.
This error was caused by an internal/unexpected error on the invoked protocol module leading to the exception displayed below.
Please validate configuration of the executing protocol and environment.
This is not a problem with the SPS."
