I want to limit the channels I see to ONLY the favorites I have programmed. Surely I do not need to click favorites in order to scroll thru them. I want all the other channels to disappear. Any trick to programming the remote for this outcome?

Why am I not able to view nearly everything i have recorded while I am away from home? I travel and want to watch programming that i have recorded on a mobile device.

I own some VCR and DVD movies which I would like to watch and cannot figure out how. Can you help?

Rented Trolls World Tour for my family last night for $20. Froze and pixilated the whole time. Rebooted my gateway twice. No luck. And of course could not get a live person on the phone. I want my money back. Just taking a shot in the dark here that maybe an actual ATT person will read this.
