intermittent issues, tv, internet and phone

all 3 of my services hiccup many times a day....do these sample logs mean anything?

About these logs:

Do you know what devices have those IP addresses?

Are they wireless?  If so, then this is sort of normal.  Wireless clients do wander off line briefly.

About your intermittent issues:
What sort of issues are you having?

all 3 of my services have interruptions all day....tv freezes then resumes...internet does not respond then 2 seconds later it responds...phone has delayed service

You have U-verse TV?

  • Are you watching it live or from recordings?
  • Do you watch it on the DVR Receiver or on one of the others? 
  • If another receiver, is it wireless?
  • How is the DVR connected to the Gateway?

On the phone, exactly what do you mean by "delayed service"?  Slow to give you a dial tone or something else?

Do you have fiber?  If not, have you checked to see if your line has issues (visiting http://192.168.1.254 , clicking on the Broadband tab and looking for the table with Sync rates, Attenuation, SNR and error counts can tell a lot about your connection and if it's having issues).

Live TV_happens on all TV's_wireless or wired connection_DVR connected via network cable from router

phone has delayed dial tone

att tech says all is good....lol

Out of curiosity, how slow is delayed dial tone?

Could it be the broken initial dial tone indicator that you have messages?

never mind, i have att coming out......btw, i do know the difference between having a voice mail and latency, and the fact that my tv also freezes makes that question absurd...but thanks for your replies
