New receiver continues to freeze and lose connection despite showing full strength connection
My downstairs receiver recently began freezing so a technician sent a new receiver and WAP which I installed today as well as tranfering my upstairs receiver over to the new WAP. The upstairs receiver works perfectly but the new receiver continues to freeze. The box displays a full strength connection but will freeze and sometimes displays that Uverse signal has been lost, however the green lights still show full connection. Thanks for any help or potential solutions!

Let's see if we can get your receiver back up to par, @JCubed.
Here is more information about troubleshooting your receivers. We recommend that you check all of the connections to make sure they are tight and secure.
Also, we suggest that you reboot your gateway. This will refresh the connections to the network and all of the receivers. The last thing we recommend is making sure that your receiver is not plugged into a surge protector, it should be plugged into an outlet to get the full amount of power as this can cause freezing as well.
