As is becoming the norm among the networks, CBS has moved NCIS ON DEMAND (and many other programs) to their own streaming platform, Paramount+ (previously CBS ALL ACCESS).
AND, for Amazon Prime members, it is available as an app in the Video section. There is a monthly fee, depending on if you want ads or as-free. You can register with on Amazon, but money goes to Paramount.
Just a heads up....I had CBS All Access thru Roku and when it changed to Paramount+, I could not log in.
When I called Paramount+ Customer Service, they said too many times that subscribing through a 3rd party, in this case Roku, things can go awry. They were very helpful and straightened it out but it was a pain and I won't do that again.

Yeah, it seems like it's always best to directly subscribe vs through a third party.
