U-Verse App not working
I'm unable to see all my receivers on my U-Verse app (on IPhone) It shows 4 receivers and says it found 2 other receivers, but those 2 receivers aren't added to my list. I get the error message "there has been an issue communicating with the U-Verse network. [3000]

Hey @dgas96, we understand you're having trouble with some receivers not showing on U-verse app. Don't worry we can help figure out what's going on here.
Please let us know if you have already tried rebooting your devices.

Charles. I did all of this. The receiver is on ip x.x.4.83 and my iPhone is on ip x.x.4.76. Based on what I have read in your forums this app is complete garbage. There is no way to not see the network since both IP are on the same network. The AT&T remote app just does not work on my iPhone. It never did.

Those don’t look like standard IP addresses for ATT.
In any case, I’ll offer an example here. I’ve replaced the att wifi with an Orbi running in AP mode. This is about as simple as it gets whereby the gateway is still performing all the basic routing functions and yet the app is unable to see the receivers when connected to Orbi. How and why this is so makes using the remote function in the app impossible. There are other problems with the app too. If stuff like this matters to you, start looking elsewhere.

Let's see if we can get your U-verse app back up and running, @Landsknekt.
Have you tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Have you cleared the Cache and cookies on the app from your device?
We recommend that you try these suggestions as they will get rid of anything that is affecting the app to load properly. Also, we suggest that you check to see if your IP addresses in the app match the IP addresses on your network, because this may cause some of the receivers to not load properly.
Let us know if this helps.
