Great American Country-Family (GACF)
My U-VERSE U200 channel lineup includes the SD version of GACF (529) and HD version of GACF (1529). As of today (10/11/2021), the U-VERSE TV Guide (detailed listing of programs on each channel) is still showing the names of TV shows carried by the former GAC network. I think this confusion will start to cause problems when I attempt to record some 2-hour Christmas movies (starting 10/23/2021). Here in SE Michigan, my U-VERSE TV Guide is listing consecutive 30 minute episodes of "Celebrity Motor Homes" for the evening of Oct. 23. If I want to use my DVR to record a 2-hour movie on Oct. 23, will I need to record 4 of these episodes to capture the movie??? Thank You

We are here to help you get your channel guide back to normal, @DFELD2005.
We recommend that you reboot your gateway. This will refresh the network and the equipment, and this will refresh the channel guide as well. This will correct the channel guide to make sure that it is up to date.

Thank you for your prompt reply. The re-boot process did not change the program listings for GAC-Family for the week of Oct. 18-23. I will be more patient and look for the program listings to update next week. If not, I will record 4 consecutive episodes of Celebrity Motor Homes to watch the new movie "Autumn Romance" on Oct. 23.

If next week the guide still hasn't updated, please reach back out to us so we can look into this more for you. We do source the guide information from the station/networks themselves. So, at times they may display the wrong information, but still show the programing that is actually scheduled for that day.

Good News for U-Verse Program Guide for GAC-Family (529 & 1529):
The program listings are starting to auto-update with an approximate 48 hour look-ahead. GAC-Family is showing an older Hallmark type movie most weekdays at 8:00pm and a new Christmas movie every Saturday at 8:00pm. Here is the web-link I am using to plan my DVR recording schedule.

I have scheduled the new movies that are in GAC from my ATT U-verse service, it says recoding successfully scheduled, but the movies DON’T record!!!! .. Missed harmony from the heart and I KNOW I recorded it… what is up with that ???? Is it going to be replayed?
