Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I have the Direct TV stream app on my iPhone and have Direct Gemini 1 for tv as well. When I mirror using the Direct iPhone app to my Samsung Smart TV the picture quality is much better than when I use the Gemini dongle. This makes absolutely no sense to me...can someone please tell me why this is

Can't remove or watch from Continue Watching as it was a show from a channel that had a free preview weekend. I don't have the channel it was from so I can't fast forward through it to clear it from the list.  Any suggestions?

Is there a solution yet to delete shows that appears in the Continue Watching section on DirecTVstream. Even watching them to the end no longer deletes show but rolls into the next in the episode.  DirecTVstream nees to do better
