Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I have a Samsung 4K Tv. The 4K channels do not show up on the guide. I also have a Roku 4K tv and the 4K channels show up on the guide. Why aren’t the channels showing up on the Samsung?? I have tried all the basic stuff like deleting the app and restarting. I believe its channels 104-110. I’m using

My son has direct tv stream at his house he has 2 tvs and a computer that Ik if he said we could watch this app at our house.
