Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Can anyone please confirm, Is DirectTV App available for Samsung Smart TV?

Fox6 Milwaukee-Randomly getting There is a Problem with this channel during 1/14 Dallas Packer game.

When I turn on the tv there is an advertisement for subscribing to starz. The dismiss button does not work and I’m blocked from watching tv. I can’t find a way around this screen. I do not want starz, I want this advert taken out if my way. It’s been five days if this nonsense. Please help.
