18 phone attempts to get UVerse support met with failure. One call to their competitor SPECTRUM and I have new provider tomorrow!!!!
Very unfortunate. I've been with ATT all my life. When everyone else was going with the baby bells, I stayed with ATT. When they launched UVERSE, I was in the front of the line. No longer. Last year I had to dump their cell phone service due to lack of support. Looks like the same problem has infected their UVERSE support.
For almost two weeks I have been trying to find ANYONE at ATT that speaks english and knows how to support UVERSE. The box went bad and all I wanted to do was replace it. Today I actually had an ATT customer rep ask me what UVERSE was!!!!!
Like I said, I went the extra mile trying to stay with ATT. They didn't appear to be interested. I can't even get them to tell me where to send this equipment. Where are we supposed to send ATT UVERSE equipment when we're done? Hopefully the garbage heap where it belongs.
Anyone know?
