U-verse TV Equipment

Uverse malfunctions many times daily - picture either freezes or goes black and then the dvr restarts. Unwatchable. Have checked all cabling and all signals.  Have done non-disaster and disaster recovery. We need a replacement dvr box.  This is for my dad - he's elderly and needs help.&n

All lights on the main ATT box are lit yet the television says no signal. I have checked all wires and have done multiple resets to no avail.

I have cancelled my U-verse but am keeping internet. I want to make sure I am returning all the equipment necessary, i.e.:  receivers, power cords and remotes.  I will retain the gateway modem, the fiber modem and the wireless connector.  Is this correct?

I started having an issue on one of my tv locations. I have the gateway in my den, and a wireless receiver in my sunroom and one in the bedroom.  Either wireless receiver will boot up and work fine in the bedroom but neither will boot up in the sunroom.  I will reboot and see "please wait
