Wireless receiver will not boot up on one tv

I started having an issue on one of my tv locations.  I have the gateway in my den, and a wireless receiver in my sunroom and one in the bedroom.  Either wireless receiver will boot up and work fine in the bedroom but neither will boot up in the sunroom.  I will reboot and see "please wait" on the screen for a couple seconds and then the screen turns blue and the light on the power button is solid but nothing else happens.  Will not respond to the remote at all. I can take it to the bedroom and it boots up normally.  Any ideas?

How far away from the WAP is the sunroom?  What sources of interference may be in the way?

How many bars on the front panel of the receivers when in the sunroom?

Need to be 3 bars or higher, if red at 1 or 2 bars there is a wireless signal issue…

either something changed adding to interference including additional material or rearrangement of materials

OR the WAP output strength has diminished requiring replacement of the WAP or relocation of the WAP to provide better coverage.

edit… a tech dispatch to relocate WAP is a billable service call ($99).

Turns out it was a power cord issue.  The power would come on but not start up.  Once I switched out the power cord it booted fine.  Thanks for the responses.
