Cable Box Not Working

All lights on the main ATT box are lit yet the television says no signal. I have checked all wires and have done multiple resets to no avail.

It is on the correct input; even tried a different hdmi cord and still not working.

Call CS to request a new DVR (“main cable box”).  One will be sent for a self-install.  You have 21 days to return the old one.  You will lose your recordings but not your schedule.

Based on your description, it seems like the issue is with the receiver. We recommend that you try troubleshooting your DVR/Receivers.

 

Also, here are some general troubleshooting steps that you can try:

  1. Check the input source on your TV to ensure that it is set to the correct HDMI input.
  2. Ensure that the receiver is powered on and that all cables are securely connected.
  3. Try resetting the receiver by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
