U-verse TV Account

For the third month in a row, I have been assessed charges for on demand movies that I did not order. How do I totally block any possible orders for on demand items.  I have set parental controls on the remote to block.  Are there any other methods I need to block?

We normally receive our statement for U-verse at the beginning or the month. The last statement we have received was dated 8/1/2020 for the period of 7/2/2020 through 8/1/2020 and it is always due on the 23rd of the month.  We spoke with someone in customer service last week that told us that

Called into customer service to discuss promotional and was told by Jacob that I would keep my same plan at the same price. Looked at my account later that night and my plan was downgraded and price increased.  Chatted with someone online and they said someone would call me to resolve this iss

I have reset my password many times with At&t support online. Case number ER-AM221400001904

I wish to send a letter to AT&T which is too detailed for Live Talk or telephone contact. Where can I send a snail mail or e-mail to AT&T that addresses rates and other charges?

I've decided to cancel my U-Verse (internet and TV) when my current promotion expires Aug. 15. I want to keep my service until that date. How do I go about getting started on canceling.   Also, I've been billed for the next cycle, which runs from July 21-August 20. So I need my bill adjusted

Dont want it,talked to someone about downgrading my package because I'm charged an obscene amount that in the current times I cant afford. They downgraded to where we dont have it but it's still showing on my bill as though I got it;I only want wifi. Looking to downgrade TODAY‼

Does U verse cable connect to an ONN TV

Trying to connect my U verse cable box to an ONN TV having problems doing this does u verse support this brand of tv

When I hit the the remote icon on the uverse app I get the message can’t find uverse gateway. I have uninstalled the the app and reinstalled it. I have restarted the gateway still get the same message.
