Why haven't we gotten our statement yet?

We normally receive our statement for U-verse at the beginning or the month.  The last statement we have received was dated 8/1/2020 for the period of 7/2/2020 through 8/1/2020 and it is always due on the 23rd of the month.  We spoke with someone in customer service last week that told us that the statement hasn't been printed yet.  A friend of mine has received their statement and we still have not received our statement.  We are paperless billing.  I just checked our account and still no statement.  Is anyone else having a problem?

Hey, @gaw597. We understand how your missing statement would be concerning, and we have the information you're looking for.

 

Your statement was delayed due to a tax issue with AT&T's software. You should receive your bills shortly and your payment due date will be pushed back to reflect a delay in bill delivery. Any late payment charges will be waived. We apologize for the inconvenience.
