U-verse TV Account

I have TruTV as part of my Uverse account. When I log in to my provider in the TruTV app, it says that TruTv is not part of my providers package. But it is. Why can’t I watch live tv on the TruTV app y it sing my U-verse credentials?

Billing is incorrect--Normal bill with internet and uverse was $144. 45.
