Are you using a VPN? Do you have any extensions or blockers enabled? I received this message when I have a VPN enabled and on certain extensions enabled. Try accessing the website using a private or incognito session.

Only you would know what your environment is set up to be. Can you access your account using a PC or tablet? If so, then you know it is related to your PC.
