can uverse on demand movies be ordered without a remote?
For the third month in a row, I have been assessed charges for on demand movies that I did not order. How do I totally block any possible orders for on demand items. I have set parental controls on the remote to block. Are there any other methods I need to block?

We recommend going through the steps for setting up parental controls again and when you get to step six see all purchase options that are available to be blocked.
