Customer service

Called into customer service to discuss promotional and was told by Jacob that I would keep my same plan at the same price.  Looked at my account later that night and my plan was downgraded and price increased.  Chatted with someone online and they said someone would call me to resolve this issue - never received call.  I don’t have all day to spend on hold either.  Anyone else have this problem with being told one thing and being given something that you did not agree to.  They say they record conversations- just go back and listen.  I would say this is an honest mistake but this is not the first time this has happened.  Shame on you  AT$T.  I did not agree to have my services changed.
