I sign up for autopay never get the discount; sign up for package never get the deal. Now after one year Service: U-verse TV, Internet, and Phone Account number:

I saw on a previous post that this could be solved by sending a private message and information. i am getting the message “this set top box does not match the account settings” Can I please get help with this by getting it reset? Thank you.
