Customer Service Fraud

Please explain to me how you allow someone to open up 11 different accounts under Jamila Taylor, without it being flagged after the 3rd use of the name with multiple addresses. I would like all charges dismissed and my name discontinue with your company, yes I filled out your fraud packet and sent it back. Just highly upset on the inconvenience of this please never report my name to any of the three credit bureaus ever again.

This is NOT Customer Service.  This is a customer-to-customer message board.  No one here has access to anyone's account(s).

Customer Service is 1-800-288-2020 but I'm not sure if they can address your issues.  File a complaint with the BBB.

I did a quick search on Facebook for Jamila Taylor and quit looking after 50 entries.   I found that same for my own name.  Would you think AT&T should only allow one customer named Jamila Taylor?
