Can you drop one of three uverse services and still kep the other two?

Technician Fee
I requested another UVerse receiver for additional TV. A technician was sent to deliver receiver and I eas charged $99.25 fee for a technician's visit. I believe I was erroneously charged as receiver could have been FedX'd instead of tech bringing the equipment. Please advise.

Crappy Service
I want to know why after 5 techs they still cant fix it right. Also goes out every weekend and every time I pay the bill.
