Horrible Customer Service
For Direct TV, I was charged for an early cancellation fee, even though the agent who I cancelled with assured the cancellation was done correctly at the right time. It's only $21.20, but I have now been on the phone with customer service FIVE times for almost 2 Hours total time, and it's still not resolved. The last agent said check would be sent 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I call and am told it wouldn't be until at least 60 days after cancellation, so. . . the last agent outrighted lied , or they have such bad supervision and training, they can't give you a correct answer. This family will never purchase any ATT product of any kind here on out. Do better.
