I was a previous DTV subscriber who just reactivated my subscription. I have an old Gemini 1 device. Where can I purchase additional Gemini devices? The "add a device" option is grayed out in my manage devices tab. Also, is the Gemini Air faster than the Gemini 1 devices? I prefer a hardwired device

I have a gemini box. When I try to set an advance recording of an upcoming show, the box tells me “Whoops xxxxxx is over” and it won’t set the recording. It only happens on local channels. Any ideas?

DIRECTV streaming has a Ip address which is incorrect and can’t be changed and shows as my home , their tech support is an oxymoron. I use T Mobile internet.
