How many apps can be installed on the Gemini at one time? We are considering switching from the Amazon Fire stick because it keeps running out of space. We only have about 8 apps installed. Would the Gemini have more storage space for more streaming apps to be installed?

Had the system installed in 2009 and haven't had anyone back out since. My system went out so I requested a new SWM, received it yesterday, installed it, and it is still saying SWM not detected. Also says that it could be my LNB. At this point it could be anything. How do you get a technician out.
