Won't work ..it says video not available, yet ir works on my phone, same wifi network...forced stopped app, restarted Gemini, and rebooted router...help! All of the other streaming apps working fine

I can't figure out how to connect my TCL TV to a DirecTV cable box. It's not the large cable box - it's the smaller ones used in the bedrooms, etc.  Thank you.

My HR44 HDD failed; it was replaced with a HR54, works fine on TV, connected to either WIFI or Cat 6, On Demand won't work. DirecTV sent a replacement, same thing. WIFI light at top of screen next to time is lit. System Test everything OK.. Connect to Internet works fine, says Ready for On Demand.

This is a horrible company and the way they treat their customers is pathetic. My receiver is going bad and their solution is for me to buy a new receiver for $100 to pay for it. It is their equipment and nothing I did and they want me to pay for a new receiver. Go elsewhere

I was wondering when you want to watch a TV series and it is 2.99 do you have to pay that for every episode or once you pay the 2.99 you get to watch every episode? I want to watch a series but don't want to pay 2.99 every time.

Does the IRD & SWM box, and main box have to stay in the original room? Plus the huge TV doesn't have a HDMI port. Ha ha ha I'm a 65 yr old RN . Can run a ventilator, pumps, read cardiac anything. But can't hook a TV up. Ugh. Help

As of 10/17/23, the Alexa Voice feature will be removed from Alexa devices and DirecTV Genie HD DVDs I'd like to know why we got the notification, too
