Someone has signed my 80 year old mother up for an account with 8 boxes at an address she does not live at without her permission or authorization. The Address they signed her up at already is an ATT Direct TV Customer. now my mother is being billed for an account she did not authorize.

Has anyone else had problems getting ahold of Directv or Asurion through ANY and I mean any of the phone numbers they have listed out there? It sounds like it's going to dial and then just drops the call. Maybe because of the outages they are having, but that shouldn't excuse not wanting to answer p
